Bought two of these as spares as sometimes when drilling pilot holes they hit another fastener or have an accident and replacement is usually required immediately in the downtime to avoid. DeWalt is generally good quality, but these manufacturers in China that assemble in the Philippines are not. I may have gotten the parts from a bad lot, but both drill bits I received when I finally needed to use them had the bit in a pine hex shank. Not after a while, but drill the first hole right away…
