Cuts brick like butter

Ok, not quite like butter but I cut through about 50 bricks and the blade cuts smooth and clean and definitely as fast (or faster) than my 4 inch tile wet saw on ceramic tile. So far the blade still feels as sharp as the first cut, even though I've dry cut each stone and done it many times in a row and the blade hasn't had time to cool down. However, cutting 3 inch thick bricks creates a TON of dust. Very happy with this purchase if the blade doesn't let me down in the next 50 cuts when I…

You get what you pay for

Out of the box these blades are fine and do the job perfectly. If you are cutting more than 30-40 bricks or stones, either buy more than one or get a better blade. I have used many different saws for similar purposes and invariably each blade is made of poor quality metal or lacks cooling slots or the holes get too hot. Therefore, after some time when cutting, the blade begins to warp, and then staggers dangerously. This problem gets worse the more you cut because as the blade dulls it takes…

That works great! for blades, parts and accessories

I read the reviews on this blade and was a bit skeptical but decided to take a chance and bought it a few months ago. I just used it today and couldn't be happier. It comes with the 'infamous' gold/brass diamond adapter but it holds up well. I've cut 35-40 feet of bitumen and gravel roofing and done a great job. My saw was dirty but the blade worked perfectly. Hopefully I'll get more miles from this, but it's already paid off. Updated: January 2021 Use a circular saw to cut 3" (16" x 12" x 18")

  • Durable finish

Worked great for! for circular saw blades

Ok, I read most of the reviews before buying. The guy who said you better back off. it is a directional blade. flip it lol. The guy who suggested soaking the cobblestones in a bucket of water. Thanks, worked great. But don't leave them for more than 10 minutes. Lots of dirt. The blade worked great for my paver project. Some describe it as cutting through cobblestones like butter. I wouldn't go that far, but yes, surprisingly quickly. Use a spray bottle when cutting. Keep the blade cool and…

Easy Peasy on power and hand tools

I was very surprised at how easily this blade cuts through thick pavers. Some of the panels had broken edges where a big truck had smashed our camp a few years ago. I finally started the project yesterday. I have to say that I was as surprised as some other buyers at how fast this blade cuts through material. All you have to do is keep pressing the blade and holding the saw. We took the boards and put them on the saw blades. I then used a carpenter's square to mark the cutting line. Didn't try…

Cuts concrete and granite

This saw blade fitted my Milwalkee circular saw with ease. I used it to trim the messy edges left by the guys who installed my granite walkways. It was a regular concrete mix. In some places it was several centimeters thick. I've also used it to trim granite where (for some unknown reason) they couldn't align the edges properly. I had no problem cutting any material. After a few hours of use, the blade seems ready for more. Note: This thing produces a large amount of heavy dust and some…

What you see is NOT what you get

I bought this blade on purpose because the picture shows a real blade ie with a 5/8" hole cut into the steel . a toy blade with a flimsy little washer, unbalanced in a much larger hole. They usually fall apart before the blade even touches the block. Also, the blade has a circular saw on the front and the words "Do not use with portable circular saws". the back. Ok, what should I use it with? well-known instrument manufacturers that are sold directly by Revain. If you are selling a discounted…

I needed a cutter to cut some pavers and a retaining wall coping for a patio I was finishing. This blade was my choice, good price and I don't need to rent any special equipment. Bought for use with a circular saw. It arrived but it was not the same product as pictured. The hole was diamond shaped and had an annular adapter. I was concerned as other reviews said it wouldn't stay or last long. On the back of the box was a warning written in size 3 that it should not be used with a circular saw…
