5/8 " ID, over 3/4 " AD

Whoever makes them needs a damn caliper. I had several of these and each was too "fat" and needed sanding down. Getting that onto the 5/8 shank takes a little convincing. Once you do this the outside diameter is over 3/4 inch. Not much, just a few thousandths or so, but enough to keep the clutch from pulling on the engine.

Pros
  • Replacement Parts
Cons
  • Low Repairability

Not suitable for Coleman mini bike with 5/8 crankshaft.

The product arrived quickly but did not meet my expectations. I bought this product to install a torque converter on my Coleman mini bike. To fit to a 5/8 crankshaft you will either need to apply a file or Emory cloth to the crankshaft and start the engine or drill out an adapter. I ended up buying a Predator 212 motor for my needs.

Pros
  • Drive pulleys
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Well, in case you don't know, these old engines can have problems starting, running, carburetor adjustment, etc. Nothing beats Harbor Freight and its affordable engines. Although everything fitted perfectly, there was a small problem with the connection between the pulley and the crank. The original motor had a machined shaft that held the pulley right where it needed to be. With the new motor, the shaft has the same diameter for everything. This…
