Great if you're using two different OBD II devices

My OBD port is hard to reach on the driver's side, but this extension cord makes it easy to add and remove devices that constantly draw power. I will also be using two different devices at the same time while driving and troubleshooting, so dual ports allow for this without issue.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

Doesn't work with Ford 6.0 and Forscan

Bought to use forscan to monitor my truck's temperature and still have an insurance monitor installed. Forscan could not read the truck data through the splitter. It might have worked with simple code readers or whatever but it didn't work for my app coming back today.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Concise instructions

OBD2 splitter is the best among code readers and scan tools

Good choice! I connected a Sprint Drive. I can also connect OBD Blue Tooth IID. So far it's working great! I had to remove it when I set the car on fire. A computer in a smoky place works with a splitter. Otherwise I would recommend it if needed. I'll add a photo when I do this.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Requires socket

Can be used simultaneously

This is exactly what I need for my Honda Accord 03. I have an android tv with bluetooth OBD which should work all the time but every once in a while my engine light comes on because of my 02 sensors. Instead of disabling the OBD, I was able to plug my computer into a different outlet to clear the codes while my Bluetooth OBD is connected

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Not sure

Good, but not ideal for intended use with RightTracker.

Bought this to use with my powerful AMP Research stand and also tried using an auto insurance company's RightTrack device. The footpegs worked well, but RightTrack wasn't connected to the network well enough to send usage data. As a result, I had to use a direct connection to RightTracker. Since AMP worked, I think it has more to do with the RightTrack module. Overall a good buy nonetheless.

Pros
  • Don't waste too much time
Cons

I had retractable AMP steps installed and had already installed an Edge Juice with an Attitude CTS2 programmer occupying the OBD2 port. So I was forced to walk only steps until I could get a splinter. That fits the bill. What I like about this is that only 1 bundle of wires comes out at a right angle and then splits down a little making for a cleaner install rather than 2 bundles of wires coming out before they fit. hidden behind the console. It's a bit longer than it needs to be, but I just…

Pros
  • Wide Range
Cons
  • Zero
