Easy-to Use Call Recording Tool With Great Customer Service

The best feature is the ability to record and listen to calls for later use. The ability to search with keywords is a great feature. The customer service is great. It would be nice to have the ability to export call recordings in different formats. The customer service is always great. If you need a great call recording tool, this is the one. Great tool/app that can make you more successful

Easy to use, great reporting features, helpful support team with fast response times. The ability for multiple people (including myself) to dial into one call at once was extremely convenient! Also has really helped improve my overall number of calls per day. It would be nice if there were some way to schedule outbound calls from within the system but I'm sure this feature will come down the road soon enough.
