I didn't expect the device to perform at the highest level, but I expected it to be more than mediocre or useless. With a lot of sun, the picture was blurry. I installed my new peephole yesterday. Very easy to install. Much, much lighter than my last one which wore out. The day and night picture is as good or better than my previous one which was much more expensive. I also like that the battery is rechargeable. Motion sensor reviews - is it a motion sensor camera? As far as I know, no. The visitor has to press a button (which they can't reach in my peephole) or I have to press a button to see when someone knocks. My door is relatively high off the ground and I don't have a porch, just steps. If someone is at the bottom of the stairs, this camera doesn't "see" them.
