Works great for my needs

I bought this luggage rack because we don't like it when my wife and I ride bikes that we can't take our dog. It's too big for chest straps and too small to walk alongside us and keep up for long. Although Revain has many racks to choose from this one had good reviews and I needed it to be able to carry a 26 lb dog and be stable so I wanted one that attaches to the seat and the bars back to the rear tire come as an extra Stability. I was very satisfied with this luggage rack

After installation I was very happy with this stand. It stays in place, which my previous stand didn't (it was a seat-only stand). The installation took some effort. There is a quick release for the seat post, but it's useless when you're screwing on the side supports. There were just a lot of screws in awkward positions. But he came with all the necessary tools. Poor quality and workmanship

update almost 4 months and only used twice, later: some absolute rubbish. My initial observations (below) were accurate: incredibly soft and cheap aluminum, poor tolerances, etc. The quick-release grip broke down trying to tighten it the SECOND time I used it.
