It seems to have well thought out features and design.

Pros of this item: Feathered end is soft enough to bend through/between teeth but hard enough to return to shape and effective when brushing between teeth to stay. is quite triangular (not round) and if you look at the spaces between your front teeth you will probably notice that this gap is also quite triangular. Thus, the toothpick has an optimal shape for this space. Also, there are very small protrusions (not smooth) on this end of the toothpick that help catch any particles between the…

They work! best in oral care

Everything I eat seems to get stuck in my teeth - I hate it. These little gems solve that problem for me. Also, my dental hygienist is very impressed with how good my gums look and I rarely floss. For a while I used flexible and more expensive interdental toothpicks that you can buy at the pharmacy. They are softer and feel better on the gums BUT they easily fold in half and then you can't slide them between your teeth to do the job you bought them for. In my humble opinion, this is a much…

Improved Toothpick: Oral Care

These brick brushes are very good and easy to use. They make it easy to get to and remove food particles stuck between teeth. They are easy to maneuver and do their job well. The brush part removes all loose stones as well as food. It's nice for your gums. The other end is stiffer and more like a toothpick but works better. Both ends are small enough to fit between teeth like dental floss. These toothpicks are a better choice than other types of toothpicks that use a toothpick on one end and…

For me only successful visits to the dentist!

I've been using The Doctor's BrushPicks (quite rigorously) for 7 years and since I've newly converted my visits/brushes have been near perfect! Now I'm being praised for "excellent oral hygiene" instead of the harsh lectures I used to hear about not flossing. Once you get used to it, it takes less than a minute to run this little miracle brush between all your teeth and it has a HUGE impact on gum health. Goodbye gingivitis! Note: If you have food (like corn on the cob) you may need 2 brushes…

Pros
  • Sleek and modern design
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

A bit too fragile

I would have preferred a round wooden chopper. An end isn't much better, and the "brush" end is fine but brittle, and if you run a sharp edge across gums, it can be uncomfortable between teeth at best. I'm a fan of "hockey stick" toothpicks and I find them the most satisfying. Like everyone else I guess since I bought the originals years ago and got 24 packs. I'm running low now and they've gone up in price and have a built in flaw so they don't last forever like they used to. And yes, I would…
