That works great. GPS location and speed log are visible.

I use this camera as a police officer at night. That works great. The GPS location and speed log are visible in the video if you view the footage for the test. The video quality is amazing. The license plates are clearly visible – with lighting, of course. During the day, the video is sharp and clear. The sound isn't great, it's a bit muffled unless you're in close proximity. You can't fully hear what's being said in the back seat or outside the window. However, I prefer video quality to sound…

Decent camera - not the best of the three I've tried. Not the worst either.

I bought this camera as a gift for my parents for one of their cars. Being new to dashcams I bought 3 different cameras (I need them for 3 cars). the results were not good. The camera was clearly out of focus. In the dark, all oncoming car lights, street lamps, and brake lights seemed so huge that they blocked everything around them (including the oncoming car). I didn't see license plates either. Tried both 1296p and 1080p. Next I tried the Dexors X7. Much better... Clear picture. No blur. I…

Discreet mid-range device

I have had this machine since November 2015. The device works well, there were no particular problems with it. It's easy to install and set up. The instructions are very clear and precise. I found the support of the US Department of Defense worthy. My unit had a faulty suction cup mount, DOD sent me a replacement very quickly and the replacement worked perfectly.
