Don't waste time

SO---disappointed with this product! First, the instructions are terrible. I had to use a highlighter to highlight the important steps AND the purpose of the pen caps was absolutely NOT mentioned. Well maybe I'm slow witted but I'm new to anti bark devices and have no idea what the pen caps might be for but they came with the product so I put the pen caps on. I used it on my GS dog and started on the low setting (2). I could hear the noise and my dog was happy when he first heard the noise butโ€ฆ

  • Additional parts. In addition to the automatic bark control collar, we have included a USB cable and protective caps.

DogRook is AWESOME! Instant Satisfaction!

I can't thank you enough. This is my second collar; I made the mistake of buying one that shocks. I don't know if my dog or I was more affected. A devastating experience to say the least. I got rid of it immediately. It took me quite a while to even think about trying a different collar. You can stop your dog from barking without causing pain. The collar will beep the first two times the dog barks and then vibrate. When my dog starts barking and the collar beeps, I say "no barking" so he knowsโ€ฆ

I'm not sure if this will work for us or not.

UPDATE: The seller refunded us the purchase price. So I changed my 2 star rating to 3 stars first. I'm glad they wanted to fix it. I was asked to remove the review, which I will not do. If they send me a product that actually works the way I wanted it to, I would happily pay for it and write a positive review. After she left, we tried again. The shorter coat didn't matter. We bought this product for our one year old Havanese kitten. She weighs about 12 pounds and she's not exactly an annoyingโ€ฆ

It took our 6 month old baby a week!

We have a 6 month old Labrador Australian Shepherd mix puppy who loves to bark at cats. We also have six cats, so you can imagine our dilemma. I started looking for non-barking solutions that didn't involve shock! A shock collar was out of the question for us! I stumbled across this product, it had good reviews (I'm always suspicious of too many good reviews) so we thought it was worth the risk for the amount of money to help alleviate her barking. The collar arrived about a week ago and weโ€ฆ
