Don Jo Kick Plate 8X28 Brass Review

As a result of my tests, I determined that this kick plate is not only sturdy but also adds an elegant touch to my door. The brass finish is beautiful and adds a polished look to my home's entrance. The plate was easy to install and has held up well against wear and tear. However, it would have been even better if the package included screws for installation.

This striker plate was fitted to a 55 year old door that had a split bottom. It covered the entire damaged area and gave it a bright new look.

good quality back plate. They were the only manufacturer I could find to fit my custom sized door. There was a problem with the delivery. After contacting Don-jo, they got me back the same day and I had the step plate delivered within a week. The door has been used a lot so I chose to leave the protective film on the panel. That's why it doesn't shine as brightly as it should in the photos. Thought this would help minimize the scratches over time. I'll remove it when it starts to peel off.
