Terrible product in my opinion.

Is this liquid a clear liquid to lubricate? Not in my apartment. waste of money. WD40 is a better choice or even petroleum jelly. Why are you even selling it as a lube?

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

It works best in door hardware and locks

We live by the sea, where metal rusts and creaks. This hinge lube helped with sticky locks and squeaky door hinges that we've tried everything else to no avail. Very happy with this product!

Pros
  • User friendly
Cons
  • The list will be long.

Better Than Spray.: Door Hardware & Locks

Better Than Spray. Over the years I have used spray silicone to keep my screen doors and sliding doors moving. But it is better. And you don't breathe in all those aerosol fumes. Sliding doors work better than ever.

Pros
  • Heavy Duty Construction
Cons
  • Vulgarity

IT WORKS! for hinge

I've been struggling with my sliding glass door for the past 8 years trying to stop that horrible squeaking noise that keeps waking everyone up. I saw this product a few weeks ago, ordered it and the squeaking is gone! Now everyone can sleep. The door slides smoothly and silently and you can do it with just one finger. ALSO NO WEALTH. Oh, I almost forgot that part. It only takes a few drops on both sides. I am sooooo happy with this product and so are you!

Fits sliding glass doors

I don't know how it works on squeaky hinges but I didn't buy it for that. My sliding glass door leading from the office to the solarium became very difficult. I put this grease on the metal slides below and the door is like new again.

Pros
  • Hinges
Cons
  • Cable shorter than others

Effective product at a reasonable price

Used on some very heavy sliding glass doors to our patio. The doors were getting harder and harder to open. We cleaned the rail first and then used this product - you use quite a bit - and the doors slide a lot easier. We used it again the next day and the doors slid even easier. Good result, reasonable price, easy to make and odorless.

Pros
  • Door Hardware & Locks
Cons
  • Very Expensive

Magical lube in a bottle!

I have 3 sliding glass doors in my home that require both hands and brute force to open or close. I replaced the rolling wheels on the bottom but they didn't help much. I called several sliding door specialists who wanted to charge me $600-700 to fix EACH sliding door. As a last resort, I bought this lube and applied it to the underside of the three splints after cleaning. Now sliding glass doors can be conveniently moved back and forth with one hand! The good thing is that it doesn't smell…

Pros
  • Tools and Housewares
Cons
  • Large and Bulky
