🔧 Dorman 03110 Hardware Kit for Exhaust Flange Review

This exhaust flange hardware is a game-changer when it comes to repairing exhaust systems. The flange bolts and nuts fit perfectly, and the included gasket provides a perfect seal. I no longer need to worry about exhaust leaks thanks to this product. However, the packaging could use some improvement to ensure all pieces arrive intact.

Like many reviews I see online, they don't contain anything worth reading. Dimensions of this part: At the end of the nut we show a ½ inch thread. At the other end we show the 5/8 inch thread in front of the nose of the bullet. It's direct from Dorman. If you are using one of your header mounts as a stand to attach something else, please note that the standard header screw has a 3/4" thread, so this part is not suitable for this application.

I have a 1990 K2500 350 with Y-pipe that I replaced with a 1990 Suburban 3/4 ton engine on the 350 and they don't fit every exhaust manifold. I keep one manifold and replace the other which is why I mentioned both machines. As usual the old studs are breaking off but I had one whole so I could get the exact length, and he was 3-1/2", and those lugs are the same length... Walker 36463 is only 3" long. The missing 1/2" makes it impossible to install the spring and nut, so they were for useless to
