Good kit! for cargo bodies and tailgates

I used this kit on my '97 Ford Ranger. One of my original bushings was worn out and the other was missing completely. This set fit and worked perfectly. Easy installation. Maybe 5 minutes total to get the job done. I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews for this product. The Dorman replacement hub is just as reliable as the original Ford hub. Not worth buying, didn't fit in the trunk.

For the money it wasn't worth the price, said it would fit my 1998 Ram 2500 truck with an extra cab, when trying to install the product didn't work (with a cover in the tailgate, at another truck the rear door would not fit on the bracket with a plastic piece). Only one (1) connector in the tailgate and one (1) insert on the other end of the truck mount could be repaired. So this product is either improperly designed or manufactured or is just a low quality product. I will not buy from this…

PERFECT FIT - 2007 Ford F150

I read a lot of reviews on it and was very hesitant to buy as many said it didn't fit. I think I even read one where the reviewer said it didn't fit his 2006 Ford F150. Anyway, there are 4 in a pack - I believe they are for different uses. The description also says "right and left", which might lead some to believe that your car "should" have both a right and left side. Exactly the right replacement!

Very good product for its intended purpose. This is an insert/insert for hinges in the trunk of a pickup truck. They are plastic and should be plastic! They are designed to reduce friction and wear on tailgate hinges. So people complaining about this are looking in the wrong place!
