No more codes best in exhaust and emissions

Worked great, code gone - finally. It took some clearance and rust in the eye to replace. hard to reach place but possible.

Easy to install on Vapor Canisters

After weeks of going to the store to find out I couldn't pass the test and no one could figure out what was wrong after doing a little research and did found out that i put the part on and passed the test the first time, the part works fine, came once, no complaints from me

Fits snugly on my 2003 z71 5.3L

Fits snugly on my 2003 z71 5.3L Ext Cab. Didn't have to make the bed. Located between the bed and the cab on the driver's side. Simply remove the screw holding the frame. Disconnect the electrical connection. Remove the hose. Take it out and replace the bracket with a new one and replace it. Hold on, just don't give up.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Doubtful

Perfect for '03 Avalanche 1500, Z66 Edition

I have engine check codes as shown in this picture. Call Pep Boys and I was offered $300 for just the part and labor to change this. If I want to know where the leak came from, "smoke" / diagnostics, the system adds another $89 = $389. All ST, this truck has 180,000 miles. Watch some YouTube videos and buy this part from Revain, change it yourself, it took less than 20 minutes. It's been over a month and the code hasn't arrived. YUP!

Pros
  • Great overall specs
Cons
  • Expensive

My error code has been fixed. I think it's the valve.

Error code fixed. I think this valve should vent air from the tank when the truck is off and close to allow a vacuum to be created while driving. If that fails, it's the same thing as a gas cap, as far as the exhaust system knows. It was difficult to install on my 1999 Sierra. It was on the truck bed bracket, above the frame, next to the fuel tank on the driver's side. I could only take it with one hand. I pulled back on the metal tab to slide it forward and get out. The electrical connectionโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Doping ๐Ÿ”ฅ
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other picks

Flashlight, thin flat-head screwdriver, 1/2-inch socket wrench

When money's tight, that last photo the dirt I banged out of the machine is worth an hour if the work can distract you for a while . Feet forward over the truck. Pull the metal tab 1st photo, remove the wiring from the back. Press on the back of the fill tube (3rd photo) and/or pull out the shaker block. Flip horizontally and tuck under cab, remove 1/2" screw on bracket. Rotate the block between cab and body (block up). The next part cost me 3 good tries. (Photo 2) The joint has a hard plasticโ€ฆ
