Not for Grand Caravan Std 2005

WILL NOT FIT MY 2005 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN STX. I bought this and it doesn't fit. It sticks out and is too thick to fit in a pipe. Good quality only deceives that it fits. Can't return as mine was broken by a family member.

Fits and works, but too flimsy and flimsy

This really fits my 2005 Chrysler City and Country and measures accurately. The downside is that it's about half the thickness of the original probe, so now I have to plan on replacing it again. You need to hold it in the middle so you can put it back into the motor without bending it.

good 710 rod best in dipsticks and tubes

this is great even if you don't have a lot of 710 you can point the rod up for a second and it will add you. The upside is that the thinner metal than the OEM makes this whip far better. Disclaimer: If you don't get the joke, take your car to a mechanic, you shouldn't be working on it yourself.

Fits perfectly on my 2005 Dodge Caravan 3.8, a bit flimsy compared to the stock rod but good enough

The yellow plastic ring on the OEM dipstick broke one day when the dipstick inexplicably got stuck in the dipstick tube . I have no idea why this happened. I have this one and it fits perfectly and shows the same oil stains which is good enough for me. Looks the same as the OEM probe, but this new metal is slightly thinner in comparison. Although it still gets into the probe tube. It might take a little more convincing because the metal is a bit more pliable and thin. Quite acceptable but works

Is the 2006 dipstick too long for your minivan? This one is correct.

Well, at least for some 2006 minivans, including mine. From reading these previous customer reviews I learned that the 917-320 probe listed as a 2006 model will not fit properly as it is about 1 1/4 longer than this (917-313). It shows the oil level in my minivan as 1 1/2 quarts too full when in fact it isn't. Sometime in the 2006 model year there were changes in production. I used to have a 917-320 in my minivan. I changed the oil according to the instructions and lo and behold, the oil level…
