Great addition to my car

I recently purchased a spare tire hoist from this brand and it has been a game-changer .According to my experience, it is the perfect automotive accessory for anyone who wants to ensure they always have a spare tire on hand. It's durable, easy to install and operate, and saves space in the trunk of my car. The pros are that it's lightweight and reliable. The only con I`ve noticed is that it can be a bit tricky to access under the car sometimes. Overall, I highly recommend this product!

Pros
  • Durable construction that ensures reliable functionality and prolonged service life.
Cons
  • Difficult to install and requires professional installation, which can be time-consuming and costly.

I like Dorman products

Not suitable for Dodge Durango 2002 SLT. While the screw holes are the same, the case is too bulky to fit in the right place (no fuss.). And when fully installed, the OEM spare tire tools are too small to fit on a winch nut, or even if they do. The way it sits makes the winch nut somewhat out of reach for tools. I love Dorman products but this was a complete failure.
