Works well - body and trim

Fits well, warms well. Adjustability isn't as good as the OEM. When it makes sense or looks like a plus sign (up/down), it seems more adjustable in the diagonal x pattern. But very happy for the $. I could also use my factory color. You can also drive 10 Outback/Legacy with non-folding mirrors.

Mostly very good for spares

Some reviews say it doesn't adjust up/down only left/right but the unit I got works both ways. However, I would swap up/down so the screw holes are better aligned and tightly secured. The one closest to the hinge was ripped off a bit, and the metal piece isn't very wide, so it's easier to rip off when trying to tighten the screws.

This mirror cannot be raised, making it difficult for tall people to see the road.

I really wanted to like this mirror assembly. It looked OEM and was very easy to install. The biggest problem I have with this mirror is the following fact. The mirror can be operated from the inside with the mirror adjustment button. It can move left and right, down and back to the starting point, but CANNOT DO HIGHER beyond that point. This means that if you're a tall person and need a decent view of the road to your left, you won't be able to do that because the mirror won't move up past the
