Not suitable for American cars.

Definitely doesn't fit. Description says right hand drive. It's definitely not for LD. For LHD, the front connector is on the opposite side of the connector, closest to the amplifier and facing down. In this case, both terminals are on the same side, parallel to the road. That might work in an emergency.
