Product best described in switch

Matches perfectly with the 1998 Blazer I bought it for. The old one went out, but this one went in with no problems. Direct replacement part.

This Dorman switch was defective. It took me a few months to get it back out and put the AC Delco in, so I was ready to return it.

Safe winter driving with Dorman transfer case switch.

My 4WD would not start until we replaced my old transfer case switch with this 49315 Dorman. Now it works like clockwork. I feel safe on our snowy and broken roads. The price is okay compared to the OEM counterpart. The Dorman 49315 is backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty. You can't go wrong with this product. 5 stars, highly recommended! defect out of the box.

Ordered because my front diff would snap incorrectly at times. Removed the old switch and found the ball was stuck. Surprisingly found a simple fix. A few weeks later I pop the hood and find that all of my vacuum hoses are swollen. I took one off and found it was covered in oil. The switch leaked through the diaphragm and the vacuum sucked gear oil out of the transfer case. I'm sure some people have had better luck making the switch, but not in my case.
