Big disappointment with this braking product

I'm an automotive enthusiast and I thought I'd give this brake master cylinder a try .My analysis of this product showed that it was not up to par, to say the least. The pedal felt spongy, and there was an unacceptable delay between it being pressed and the brakes engaging. Worst of all, I had to replace it just a few months after installation. The only pro I can think of is that it was easy to install. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone..

Pros
  • Provides reliable brake performance
Cons
  • May show signs of corrosion over time

Missing o-ring, good for hydraulic parts

This master cylinder is missing the o-ring that seals the master brake booster. How can such a part be missing a fundamental part? Ridiculous.

Pros
  • Hydraulic parts
Cons
  • I vaguely remember
