Great, hard to find little steel needles. They don't bend, aluminum needs constant straightening after each cut. They aren't marked, but I tried using a colored Sharpy pen to mark and write down all the sizes in one color. We'll see if the color holds up.

I found the double crochet to be very smooth and quick to knit for a lace knit. I currently use mohair and angora yarns and have had no problem maintaining an even tension.
