I'm on the second. The first didn't have a siphon

I connected it to my garden hose and used a 2 gallon bucket for the solution. Made and after 10 minutes the solution was in the tube but not flowing out. Checked everywhere. This device appears to be rated for a maximum hose length of 50psi and hose length, and, and, and. So I redid everything, the hose sucks, but after 10 minutes of spraying the level in the bucket has not dropped. What a great idea and a complete failure. I have 50psi and 110psi in my yard. NONE worked. I have several…

Works great

This is a great product. Not sure about the bad reviews, nothing is easier than attaching it to a faucet and turning on the water. I run it between two hoses, the first hose is 50 feet long, the second is also 50 feet long. A small dose is easily fertilized. Update 28.07. I have had the product for less than 2 months, unfortunately something is broken inside and the backflow is now filling my concentrate bucket. The product has worked great so far. I will contact the seller for a replacement…

Repurchase (I seem to buy a new one about every 3 years).

These siphons work very well if used and applied correctly: good pressure and a relatively clean solution. I use them for standard greenhouse feed and buy a new one about every three years (last was in 2017). I think they eventually clog. I add a commercially available dry fertilizer to the solution and something keeps crystallizing out (I see it in the aquarium). However, these blue plastic siphons last much longer than the bronze siphons without clogging for my use and are inexpensive enough…

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Large and bulky

Minimum required flow rate of 5 GPM at 35 psi is listed on the Siphonject itself but is not listed anywhere in Rewaine's description. This is important information as the siphon will not work in any application that cannot provide this minimum flow (e.g. a typical drip line system). I was hoping to use it with my Ross Root Feeder (so I don't need to buy Ross Root Feeders) but even at 80psi the flow through my Root Feeder never exceeded 2 GPM so not worth it. If the product description was more…

Really surprised how well it works

I have a very heavily planted patio with some flowers but mostly veggies in big pots. I have a timer connected to a water hose located in a corner on a small patio table which connects to a siphonject which in turn connects to an on/off valve and then to a dial sprinkler (5 spray options from the 99 cent store). ). I simply fill my 2 gallon watering can with water and a tablespoon of "full" water soluble fertilizer and for 5 minutes around 11am daily or every other day as scheduled she waters…
