We just got these boots so haven't been in the snow yet but I'm really impressed with what I see, especially for the price. My daughter wears 8-9 and I chose the 10th so there was room to grow. I found them a little big but she put them on and wouldn't take them off so I think they work! The inside is very soft and the lining is fluffy and feels very warm. Went this particular pair above any others I've looked at at Revain because they have a side zip which made them very easy to slip on.

I bought my son gray fur boots with a zipper. I bought these because of the zipper so they are easy to put on and take off and of course it is a lot easier to put on and take off the baby. I also find that the zip is more secure in the snow as the velcro sometimes clogs with snow and loses grip. I really want to give these boots five stars because they are cute (so cute), warm, fit well, reasonable and well made, but there is one major mistake. Defect. They are waterproof and non-waterproof. When we live in the upper Midwest, we might have warm days when the snow melts and turns to wet mud, but we also live in frigid temperatures just as quickly. No insulation protects a wet foot from frostbite in extremely cold temperatures. I wouldn't pay attention to that if the boots dry quickly…
