A good Dremel blade for power and hand tools

Unfortunately Dremel charges so much for their blades. But when you have a Dremel product, your options are limited. Otherwise it's a good knife and works as it should.

Pros
  • The best in its niche
Cons
  • Slightly torn

I bought it to cut platbands along with trimming.

Bought for cutting trim paired with a guide for cutting at an angle. It does the job, but you have to allow for a blade offset of 1/8 inch from the intended line of cut. It's not 100% consistent with the cut. Wears out quickly so if you need to make multiple cuts you can buy two. I wish Dremel had a real wood blade edge instead of a grinding edge.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • There are errors

Change too often

This is the 'must have' blade for the Max saw when you need to make flush cuts or use the angle guide. I'm only giving it a 3 because it wears out quicker than most blades and it's expensive to keep buying new. At the moment BD is the only supplier of the blade but I'm sure sooner or later they will be sold on third party markets and hopefully the price will come down, or even better if BD makes a better quality and longer lasting blade!

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Some little things

ATTENTION WOOD AND PLASTIC, I'M COMING!

I fitted this wheel to my new Dremel Saw-Max, tried various wood and plastic tubes which the wheel cut through with very little effort. I love the fact that you don't have to switch from one wheel to another to cut different materials. I cut a few woods and thicknesses and then went to plastic and back to wood to see if the cut changes. the cutting speed did not change, the cut was even on both materials. Although you're limited to only a 3/4" section thickness, you tried the 2x4 and cut one…

Pros
  • Top marks from testers for support and durability
Cons
  • Lack of performance
