Description of Drill America High Speed Polished Diameter Cutting Tools in Milling Accessories

High-speed steel tools are good for most general purpose applications, offering a combination of hardness and toughness for wear resistance. Available in polished finish. Weldon shanks feature a round shank with one of more flats machined into the side for easy indexing and alignment. When run in a counterclockwise direction (right-hand cut) spiral fluted tools evacuate chips up and out of the cut to reduce clogging. Designed to machine most materials of medium hardness such as steel, brass, bronze and iron.

Good Wood Planer

I installed it in a brass rod that went into a chiseled wooden handle. If you carefully turn the cutting edge to the right, the inside of the hollow mold is actually extruded. The learning curve is a bit steep for smooth, stable performance with no stuttering or chattering

Pros
  • Excellent
Cons
  • Doubtful
