These are the best bit sets I've ever had and I am old. Store your Edge plastic storage case in a very functional and novel approach to bit storage. The drills can be resharpened and are very sharp-edged. Why did it take so long for someone to come up with this case design?

Pros
  • Self-centering 135 degree splitting head penetrates hard material without a pilot hole and creates fine shavings to reduce clogging
Cons
  • Drill Bit Pack

THIS IS NOW MY SECOND FAVORITE TOOL!

I didn't really know what to expect when I ordered these drills but I am 200% satisfied with their performance, any other drills I've bought before . no matter who the maker is, no chips, no breakage, the tips stay sharp for a very long time and lots of use before I had to sharpen them, THIS IS MY SECOND FAVORITE TOOL NOW!

Pros
  • High Speed Steel (HSS) provides hardness for wear resistance
Cons
  • Can't remember

I would just buy two sets!

I bought these bits for the price. I had one gift card left, just enough for this one. I have beats but they are scattered, boring and oversized so I figured why not. Let me tell you, they rule! I drilled a 12" x 12" 1/2" aluminum plate for the project with a 3/8" bit and it went like clockwork. The tips are aligned without offset to the center of the punch and also cut clean chips. I've run this bit at 1200rpm for holes and have had great success with a small amount of tapping oil. It would be

Pros
  • Supplied in a plastic case
Cons
  • Don't remember if there was anything inside
