Excellent Customer Service , Professional Approach

The best part about this service is that it has such great customer support! I have used other freight forwarding companies in my past but none as helpful, knowledgeable & professional like DFS!! They are always willing answer any questions/concerns we may face during shipping process with ease because they really care. Not only do their rates seem reasonable (which can sometimes not even compare), when something goes wrong there's no hard feelings from them either - just friendly solutions…

Great product for monitoring and managing shipment deliveries

I like how flexible their system is, its easy to use when shipping items out from your home office. There are times it gets confusing if all products have not been entered into the database yet but once those issues get resolved everything works as expected. Shipping costs can become costly so having that information readily available helps in saving money overall. Its nice knowing there's someone else doing what we do best - tracking shipments! Great customer service and friendly team members

I like that they are open 24/7 (and always willing) when it comes time with pickups, deliveries & any other needs we have during business hours! They can also do work in their offpeak times as well which is great too because if there's an issue later into evening then no problem - just call them up again until something gets picked back over by someone else who actually works standard 9am til 5pm weekdays only :) The system isn't seamless but getting better every day so more people using DAFs…
