I turned off the water, took out the old filter and screwed on the new one. I let the water run for 5 minutes and the next morning it was flowing at full speed. Very happy!

Works exactly like the filters that come with Menards. People complain that the water flows slowly. They REALLY give a few days/gallons for the medium to deflate and get back to normal.

After several painful days installing a filter purchased from others, the water stopped flowing from the faucet. Tried reinstall. Tried reinstalling the hoses. Then I bought filters on another site. They worked great. I compared canisters. They are not the same. They concluded that they were fakes. Zero stars should be an option.

This is the second filter I've used with the DuPont WFQT390005 QuickTwist 3-Stage Drinking Water Filtration System and I couldn't be happier. Comfort, reliability and above all the water quality are second to none. I firmly believe that this system is better than bottled water given the toxic residue left in water in plastic bottles. My family uses it not only for drinking but also for making water and all related kitchen needs. Highly recommended.
