Each one breaks when you try to tighten it, this one just pulls by hand. I've never seen such bad ties. It says nylon, but nylon isn't that brittle.

Works well, easy to use. One caveat: if you use a tension tool, be careful not to overtighten it or it will break. I lost a few of them until I got it right

Literally two days ago I installed these, this muzzle woke up and they broke after a little storm! 200# capacity? Now I'm 20 days out of the return window and have to kick out the rest! So disappointing.

The description says these 26" cable ties have a breaking load of 200lb. I've used three zip ties so far and one of them broke when I was tightening it (by hand). I didn't like how easily the tie snapped in half. I have included a photo showing the package the ties came in and the two ends. It's hard to tell the tie is torn unless you zoom in on the photo.

Cable ties are like duct tape – something every homeowner should have on hand as it is always needed. I've used the smaller zip ties on many occasions and didn't realize they could be that big so just bought them to be on the safe side. Not only are they long, but they're also quite wide, so they should work well in many situations. I also like the fact that you can unlock the tab with a screwdriver and potentially reuse it. :)

Can the manufacturer explain why these zip ties broke after 2 months of use while holding a very light leather saddlebag on a luggage rack? There were no sharp edges on the frame. In fact, these straps broke in the middle and not near the clasp you inserted the end into. They have also not been exposed to extreme heat or cold (60 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit). I have three bags of these and only used them a day or two before. Therefore breaking was not a problem.
