I received a relay that does not look like the pictures. There is no relay diagram/number on the case and it does not work.

Works well on my wife's 2015 Ford Edge. The factory cooling fan relay is stuck closed. The fan didn't turn off. I replaced these. Since then there have been no problems. I hope this helps someone.

Exceptional choice. I searched nearby for a replacement (even at the local Ford dealer) and couldn't find this relay. The local parts store can order one for twice the price of this item and it takes 2 days. Good choice for power window relay!

The first one was broken. The second worked. I gave 2 stars because the packaging was good. I felt cheated to some extent as the part was being sold with a Ford part number with no 'equivalents'. I ended up at the Ford dealer and this part worked fine.

My 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid had an issue with the air conditioning not cooling when parked. I suspected an electric fan, so I ran some basic diagnostics and found that the fan relay was not working. I took a relay from another circuit and substituted the fan relay that allowed the fan to work properly. I ordered two units to keep one as a spare.
