Exactly what I was looking for...light weight with a comfortable grip...will probably buy another one as I liked it for the price

I've used it to keep cold drinks in the fridge so I don't yet know how it will handle hot drinks. Judging by other reviews, I hold it gently by the handle when pouring liquid; One or two reviewers said the handle broke when they picked up the jug by the handle. The lid fits well and the jug looks attractive.

We are very happy with our new glass jar. We were looking for a replacement for our old plastic pitcher and came across this one. We love that it's made from borosilicate glass rather than the usual soda-lime glass. It's certainly well made, no sharp edges, well packaged for shipping so it arrived safe and sound.
