Missing Fittings: Exhaust & Emissions

What's good about a collar without nuts. Everything else is alright. what else can i say I mean is it that hard to make sure things are in the box?

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Hard to say

1 3/4 " Sliding Exhaust Clamp

My exhaust pipe is 1 3/4" in diameter and the muffler fits over it. It held them together. There is nothing to say about the exhaust clamp.

Pros
  • Special Offer
Cons
  • Requires Socket

It works and it's cheap

I bought two of these clamps to fit a new muffler on my 1988 Toyota pickup. These are standard hardware clips. You did your job. Revain is sometimes cheaper than Autozone. Autozone is sometimes cheaper than Revain. I always check online and price match before making a purchase. I suggest you all do the same.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Some small things

Heavy Duty: The exhaust and emissions of

Heavy Duty 3/8" diameter steel U-bolts with 16 gauge steel clamps. I painted my Rust-Oleum black to protect it from corrosion when installed on my muffler. Zinc plated flange nuts have a flat surface. They would be better off with a serrated flange face to act as a lock nut. To use a muffler, a lock washer must be added.

Pros
  • are clear even for the old
Cons
  • . Definitely a bad product

It's a U-Clip - what more can I say?

I bought this along with a Walker muffler and straps (to hold the muffler in place) for our 1993 Saturn SL. Revane "recommended" it along with other items. It's an absolutely fine clip and it fits - what more can I say? If you want to replace the muffler (or pipe) you will need to replace the clamps. If you don't put them on for a week, they will rust and will probably need to be clipped. Save yourself a trip to your local auto parts store and make sure you get the clips with the other parts.

Pros
  • Same as everything before
Cons
  • Very expensive
