I needed a screw that matched the width of the screw that came with the Antec case. They're a little easier to grip and turn with the wider hard rubber head, but I bought this again to look for a fit to replace a missing body screw.

They are wide enough to pinch your fingers and also used with a screwdriver. The metal didn't come loose when I tightened them fairly tight (literally to see if it would come loose when I first used the screwdriver).

I was skeptical of its value. They felt very plasticky, I was afraid the screw would slip into the frame. On the contrary, I am very happy with them. Robust, well integrated. I was pleasantly surprised and can only recommend it. The length of the threaded portion is sufficient for most case side panels and circuit board installation.
