I like how it is easy to use for both staff members as well as volunteers! It's really good that you can have multiple people in different states or even countries working at once from home without having them all physically be there together!! The only thing i dislike about this software are some of their features such as "the chat" which isn't very user friendly (i don' t know why they would make something so hard when other similar programs do not). I love that it is so easy to make changes/additions or remove them if they need changing! There are many features but this has been great for our needs as we have not needed too much at all yet (maybe just wishlist more content). It works really well online through your computer which makes us feel safe about using their service even though there isn't someone in actual office hours when you can ask questions etc., especially during weekends where no one's around otherwise!! I like that you can use this for multiple churches so it is easy to set up each one differently as needed without having duplicate software or services! It's not cheap but if your looking at getting all of these features in 1 place then there are better options out their too (like our other favorite free option). Church Hub has been very helpful in implementing an online presence for our small local congregation of 20 families, as well as providing training for staff to use all of the features that are included in this software program. The staff at Church Hub is always available if you have any questions or concerns about using the software. Nothing really to dislike so far! The simplicity of using this software is amazing! It has so many great features that are easy to use for all ages (from kids in K through adults). There really isn't anything I don’t like about it at least not yet anyways haha.. maybe when we get bigger there will be more options but right now its perfect!! The ease of use for our congregation! I love how easy it is to create new pages (website sections). It's also great that you can edit your own posts so if anyone makes mistakes they don't have go back in time trying figure out where things went wrong or what was said incorrectly - all their information remains right there at hand when needed again later down line!!
