Great and very fast customer service

I like that it allows me to send out messages without having my computer open, so if there is an issue or question then they can get back with in minutes rather than waiting hours! It would be nice not being able solve issues by myself as sometimes when you are trying something new its hard at first but once your used too ehelp desk support makes life easy again!! If nothing else just use this software because of how simple their interface really helps everyone who uses them understand what…

Integrated Offline and Onine Call Center Software

The system is easy to use, it has great support capabilities that help in solving many problems faced by users all over India as well across other countries too! It helps both small businesses (which are not able yet) but also large organizations with their customer service needs!! Nothing much about this product so far I am liking its interface simplicity of using eHPDB software which makes customers feel more comfortable while chatting via video call or voice chat option available within our…
