Review on E-Helpdesk Support by Kyle Hood

I like that it allows me to send out messages without having my computer open, so if there is an issue or question then they can get back with in minutes rather than waiting hours! It would be nice not being able solve issues by myself as sometimes when you are trying something new its hard at first but once your used too ehelp desk support makes life easy again!! If nothing else just use this software because of how simple their interface really helps everyone who uses them understand what needs fixing immediately instead getting confused about where files should go etc.
