So helpful in managing all donor info

The interface is easy to use. You can see where you're at with your campaigns and have an overall view of how everything is going. There are no real drawbacks to using this software other than it being more expensive for larger companies like mine. It's worth the investment since it saves so much time and effort. I've saved hours of work every week by having the ability to quickly check up on my database. We love that we don't have to worry about missing any donors or not knowing what our…

  • Fast response times when issues arise.
  • Allows multiple users within one campaign, which makes things convenient as well (iPad app available)

  • Sometimes there aren’t enough options
  • Some features take longer then others.

Excellent customer service as well great product overall

It's easy to use for our organization with many different departments using it. The interface is very user friendly so that even non-tech people can navigate through the program without any problems. I love how customizable this software has become! There are certain features we would like added but they keep adding them which makes us excited about future updates of EADT. Has helped me manage nonprofits better

Being able to pull up my campaign data quickly has been helpful for tracking progress throughout our current year cycle! Using EDITS I can even create new reports at any time which is great when we want quick updates from outside companies or other agencies that have requested them via phone call/email during busy periods of fundraising season. When setting up an account with EAS it took about 3-4 email exchanges to get everything set correctly so don't expect immediate results without some…
