Being able to pull up my campaign data quickly has been helpful for tracking progress throughout our current year cycle! Using EDITS I can even create new reports at any time which is great when we want quick updates from outside companies or other agencies that have requested them via phone call/email during busy periods of fundraising season. When setting up an account with EAS it took about 3-4 email exchanges to get everything set correctly so don't expect immediate results without some back and forth between yourself + your staff / board members who are also required sign offs etc. A lot more thorough info would be useful before signing contract however once you're through the process they do help if there's difficulties down the line but not enough information upfront makes this difficult too. Data management and ability to keep track over several different campaigns within multiple states. Great feature to use across offices for easy access to updated files to compare against in case something does turn out differently than what was planned initially. Reports for reporting purposes only rather then being used as primary source document. I love that it has everything you need to organize your nonprofit's donors. It is easy to use! You can also create custom fields for each donor if needed. There are some minor bugs with the software but they are working hard to fix them. We have been able to improve our database of contacts/donors by over 50%. The ability to send automated emails directly from this tool makes my life so much easier.
