Not as described in parts

The pads I received show slight signs of wear; Pads have traces of careless handling (flaked paint, opened box). The brakes in the cloth (red) looked greased, but I installed them anyway because I needed the brakes. Despite the looks, these pads work very well.

Pros
  • Zero Fade Racing Compound
Cons
  • Blank

Replaced OEMs with them, mainly for autocrossing.

Replaces OEM with these, mainly for autocross. The embedding process is a little different, but once it was complete, these pillows really came to life. They squeaked a bit for the first few hundred kilometers, but now you can't tell them apart from regular pads. Until you heat them up and they keep working! The only real downside is that they generate a lot of dust, but to be honest I find this to be a last that works just as well on the street as it does on the track.

Pros
  • Brakes work immediately after freezing
Cons
  • Piggy Bank Price

Where have you been all my life.

I installed them on the front of my Mazdaspeed 3 300hp. So much so that sometimes your shoulder hurts when you press the seat belt, it's amazing. Pedal feel is really good too, with just the right amount of effort for every demand. If you're wondering why I didn't just quit OEMs, the answer is they're expensive and they break incredibly fast. After only a few (at most) abrupt stops, they turn into pretty soft garbage. As I drive quite vigorously and race every now and then, I needed something…

Pros
  • High friction pad for better braking at high speeds
