Good brakes on the braking system

Bought to replace the yellow pads. They don't bite as much as yellow ones, but they're quieter and have MUCH less dust than yellow ones. I think I'll stick to the greens with my jeep from now on. This is on a 2007 JKU.

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • Communication with seller

These wear out very quickly.

I drive a 2014 Jeep Wrangler JK. He weighs about 5,000 pounds. I was disappointed with the lifespan of these pads. I thought they died early. But to be honest there may be other factors but I will no longer be an EBC customer.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Doubtful

Looks like a bearing failure in the transmission

Significantly increased my Wrangler '08 stopping power. Unfortunately, one of the bearing pads has migrated onto the brake disc and the noise scared me to death while driving on the Autobahn. Sounds like a defective bearing in the transmission. They wear out faster than the original pads, which is what I expected.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Only available in black

6 months, 6000 miles and they're done

I expected a lot more, they were installed on a Dodge Caravan so you know I didn't drive around town in a minivan. 6000 miles and 6 months later they were done and not only that they killed my new rotors. Worst Investment. Don't take it too seriously, the AC delco rear brakes are still new and gone. waste of money!

Fits and brakes perfectly on 2016 Unlimited Rubicon

Fits the same as stock OEM brakes. Follow up at 200 miles and this thing stops my Rubicon Unlimited better than my standard pads. I also changed the rotors at the time of replacement to avoid problems with my warped rotors. Will definitely upgrade my rear brakes with EBC pads. first time user. I don't see much brake dust like everyone says, even though my wheels are black.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Upgrades available

Noticeable improvement in braking performance

Installed on my '08 Jeep JKUR with 4" lift and 37" tires (note rear pads have a different part number than front pads). They appear to have settled down after about 500 miles now. I wasn't sure at first as they felt soft under braking and created a lot of extra brake dust on my wheels. But after doing a little more research I found that this is the norm when it comes to braking these pads as they have a break in period. Overall happy with them now and seem to have improved their brakingโ€ฆ

Pros
  • GOLS Certified
Cons
  • No Instructions

Expensive pads with more cons than pros

I thought these were an upgraded version of the Power Stop ceramic pads I usually buy. I installed them at the same time as the new rotors to ensure the pads wear properly. Immediately after installation I had issues with pad squeaking, a large amount of brake dust and a horrible smell which I thought was from the break-in layer. After the pads finally failed for 500+ miles the smell was gone but the squeaking persisted until about 1000 miles. Now the problem is that they generate an insaneโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Fits me great
Cons
  • Slightly torn
