I like these mirrors, they are very stable and don't wobble when you install ALL the screws, but to do this you have to move one of the old bolts from the old mirror to the new one (more precisely said to the bottom corner). It's not because it's short, because all the old ones are the same size too. This is because not all threads are like the old ones. the power functions work as they should, the installation takes about an hour, if not a bolt had to be moved it would be less.

Took me about 20 minutes per mirror to install on my 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel 4x4. I watched a youtube video on how to remove the door panels and it helped a lot. I performed the entire replacement process using a Phillips screwdriver, a torx screwdriver (T4 I think) and a 10mm socket wrench. I haven't had the bent bolt problem that other buyers have had.
