The ECOGARD XA5699 Premium Explorer Interceptor is a fantastic choice for those who want to ensure the longevity of their car's engine. Based on my observations, this filter does an excellent job of trapping dirt and debris, allowing for cleaner air flow and better overall performance. Ideal for 2010 Taurus. Just had to loosen the two clamps on the filter housing and loosen (and twist) the hose clamp (so it wasn't secured). After removing the housing, the filter is ideal for replacement. After that, it took about 10 minutes to remove and replace the hose clamp and two body clamps.
