Will not fit '81 Corvette

I bought this hoping it would work with my '81 Corvette with a new Edelbrock 1906 carburetor and Performer intake manifold. It sits in the back with two rear inlet studs that are too far from the carburetor for the throttle and transmission cables. I had to return it and buy it for $10 which worked with a few tweaks. The packaging clearly states that this product is for '78-later trucks. But nowhere in the product's online description, either on the Revain website or on the Edelbrock website…

Pros
  • Replacement parts
Cons
  • Some small items
