Product arrived the day before cold snap and 3 days later than expected. It was a box inside of a box for extra protection but both boxes were busted open. I notice the box appear to be open and taped up. Easy to assemble. The heating element was snapped in half. I still tried it. It turned on. Put out a lot of heat in a short amount if time and shut off within 3 minutes never to cut back on. If the element wasn't broken I am sure it would heat the room. This outdoor heater is definitely not warm. I expected to be able to use the heater on my patio at 500w. Nope. I have to run it at 1500w and stand next to it.It includes a handle that one must assemble, in order to move it if it's hot. It is impossible to attach the handle. The directions in the manual make no sense.The remote control does not work, but since this isn't a very hot unit I can use my own hand to turn it on/off and set it to 1500w.If I hadn't already thrown away the box I'd return

Purchased this to help with providing additional heat in our basement. After 5 months of infrequent use, the filament on the heating coil broke and the unit no longer produces heat.Communication attempts with the seller have gone unanswered.

I rent and have stucco walls, so I don't want to drill into them to mount a heater. This was a great solution, and it's very warm!

Easy assembly, lightweight and compact. Using on an open outdoor patio. Warm to those sitting directly nearby. Would most likely purchase a second heater for patio space. Happy with purchase!

We bought for use outside as the Fall approaches and we are socially distancing with friends and family. I bought this since the propane type heaters were not available. I am glad I did. This is super easy to assemble. A few screws and 5 - 10 minutes. I think no tools were used. And it warms up super fast and seems like it will keep us toasty. I went to order another and now see out of stock. I'd buy another. The remote is nice. I used Velcro and taped to unit.

This broke after 14 months of use. There is no information about how to return to manufacturer for returns. Don't waste your money

If you’re sitting right in front of this unit, like 2 feet away or less, it’s great. Puts out some hot heat. But how silly of me to think that for $180 it would also have an internal fan to blow that heat around. In this picture I’m about 6 feet away and I can’t even feel it. What a waste of money.

Great product, this thing really throws the heat, it has 3 different temperature settings, I don't use the highest setting as it puts out more heat than I wan't/need. Another great feature was I lightly bumped the heater when it was on, and it automatically shut itself down. I paid a little more than I wanted, but after receiving it and using it on a regular basis, it is certainly worth the money.

Its a nice heater but it just didn't work for the cold Alaska weather. It didn't provide enough heat unless you sat right in front of it.

It just doesn’t heat as well as The description are use it for inside and it just is not heat as well as it says Home & Kitchen.

Junk elements mine sets on table in garage but shows dog knocking in over come on manNo help getting resolved and all 3 have burnt elements

The heater was everything it was advertised to be. Only assembly required was four bolts to attach the base. Nice to have three heat settings although so far have only used the lower two settings. The remote control is also a handy feature. Have had many heaters of all types and I think this one is great. I can now eat breakfast and lunch out on the porch!

This heater was supposed to heat a large area. We were sitting right in front of it and barely felt the hear. Returned it after 1 day.I will say the company reached out to us. So good company to deal with was just not fully satisfied with the product

The heater arrived in good shape. Super easy to assemble and it works great. I have not yet needed to go higher than the 2nd setting. The heat is just perfect, far reaching, and no noise. I highly recommend.

Very happy with this heater, it creates enough heat on our outdoor patio to take the chill of when it's just a bit too cool outside. It doesn't heat the whole space, but is enough to make it comfortable.

Nice looking unit, heats fast, but not enough heat for our cool spring days in Colorado. I will have to buy a bigger one for that.

The filament in the glass tube spontaneously snapped rendering the heater useless. Regardless using it as an outdoor patio heater in the winter wasn't that great. You had to be quite close to it to stay somewhat warm. Trying to heat a group of four people is impossible. Don't buy. I'm very disappointed.
