The ease of use of this product is one thing I like most about it! It's very user friendly compared with other similar softwares that we have used in the past (i.e., Excel). We like that it is web-based which makes training easier than any other programs out there! It has made our onboarding process quicker as well since we can access this program anywhere with an internet connection (no need of physical files). The layout could be improved by having everything in one place so less clicking required when trying new things or performing tasks - would also help ease some confusion at times because each part seems different but does relate somehow haha :) Overall…
