Check and improve parts as necessary.

This is more of a general aside if anyone buys the cheap chinese 'heavy duty' type tools.Check the welds before usePaint unpainted weldsCheck all the fasteners for tightness and consider putting loctite on appropriate fasteners/adding washers.On major mounting/work mounting points make sure the fasteners are appropriate length and grade.The jack I received had some pretty janky welds in spots and missing some important washers in areas.Just make sure you go over these things with a fine tooth…

  • chains too short needs to have wing nuts on chain adjusters

Do not waste your time with this jack

Purchased this jack about 5 months ago. Have used it a total of 4-5 times. Main piston o-ring started leaking and is no longer useable. Have tried multiple times to try and resolve the issue with the seller and they most they are willing to do is either send a new o-ring which I do not have the ability to replace, or $20 to have it repaired. DO NOT PURCASE this item unless you want a headache.

  • Lot's of play in head creates instability. Can't say it isn't worth the price though.

Good for cost: my feedback

Typical china quality - rough welds, less than smooth action, mismatched fastener sizes.That said, it pumps up and lowers. For occasional use it should serve my needs.Auxiliary positioning ring is comically low - just above knee height.

Decent for the price. Needs some attention.

The top part didn’t move freely. I had to clearance a few things to get it to where you could adjust the top easily. I also had to beef up some welds and add some gussets for strength. Good enough for the money.

  • I replaced the casters with some polyurethane casters. Rolls better now

Do not recommend. Stay away. Unprofessional seller

Stay away! Do not buy. I received the product defective. When my husband used it for the first time, one of the parts came loose and almost hit his mechanic on his head. Asked to return the product, after few weeks and amazon A-Z getting involved was given the return address but had to pay $150 for return shipping. Seller is not professional at all nor willing to help and take responsibility for a defective item.Do not recommend at all.

Bottom Section Would Not Return Home

Used it for installing a car transmission. It pumped up really nice. The bottom section had to be physically forced to return home. The top section was not positive, wiggled around.

  • Limited weight capacity may restrict its use to larger vehicles only

Single use jack best in my review

On the second transmission the cylinder began to give and will not stay up. Casters so not roll smoothly under weight. That's my feedback.

  • overall great.the assemble guide is um.got it together.i am happy with it.
Cons
  • It’s made in China and the cylinder leaks right out of the box.
