I was skeptical, but I really like it. I trained at home with Adrienne's video. I finally felt ready to try my own flow. It really helped. The poses are simple and you can change them as you like. You just roll them and put them in the order that suits you. Heavy and big enough that you don't have to squint through the mat.

I really like these yoga bones. My only wish is that it comes with a booklet with descriptions/photos of the different poses, not a card with the name on it. However, the map requires guessing, and you can always find a location that you are unfamiliar with. In the end, you'll learn them all and leave it as one smooth exercise rather than one with frequent breaks to look for something. Update: after reading my review the seller contacted me and sent me not one but three sets of replacement dice. Of the replacement sets, 2 had good quality dice and 1 set had cracked dice just like the first set I received. Of the exchange boxes, 2 remain closed, 1 not. 2 boxes arrived damaged (with cracks or dents from wood), unfortunately these 2 boxes remain closed.
