Great tool for analyzing substances

After I put this economy spectroscope tube to the test, I was impressed by its accuracy and user-friendly design. It was incredibly helpful in identifying different substances and their properties. It's a great addition to any industrial and scientific needs. However, the materials used in the construction could be sturdier to avoid wear and tear over time. Regardless, this product is a fantastic option for those in need of affordable substance analysis instrumentation.

Pros
  • Affordable price for a spectroscope, making it accessible to users on a budget.
Cons
  • None

Ideal for students!

I teach biology at college and this was a great tool to demonstrate the absorption and transmission of colors (especially chlorophyll). 10/10 would buy a class set!

Pros
  • 1 year trial
Cons
  • Available in white only

ok for the price. looks more like a toy but does the job

looks more like a toy than a serious instrument. However, this is enough to get a general idea of what the light spectrum from different light sources looks like. If I didn't already know what I was seeing, I think it would be hard to learn from it. For home schooling or classroom use, it would be better to get one with a scale. Even if the scale were a bit imprecise, it would at least give you a rough idea. With that, it entirely depends on your knowledge of what to expect to interpret what…
