I bought these corner punches to use on a Father's Day project I was working on. A larger corner kick works great! It did what I needed and looks great. The smaller hit I got doesn't work at all. The way the stamp is made on the bottom like they haven't finished it and it doesn't cut through anything. Update: After rounding the corners of about a dozen sheets of laminate, the punch got stuck. I would have to turn it over and tap the back hard to get it loose. This resulted in some of the corners becoming mangled and I have never been able to successfully punch through laminated sheets again. After that I switched to my Fiskars but after punching enough corners they also got stuck and stopped punching through the laminate. Maybe it's glue from the sheets? For the price, I was happy with my purchase. I didn't buy them to die cut cardboard but to round the corners on a thermolaminated sheet of paper (I think it was 20 weight) that was cut into smaller cards. I've seen some reviewers have issues with thicker cardstock, but remember these are mini punches so I doubt they were designed to punch cardstock.
